Shell companies of incinerators/PD publishes the names discovered by CNA.al

The Democratic Party continues to raise its voice about the incinerator affair based on the data and documents discovered by CNA.al's investigation.

The member of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Jamarbër Malltezi, has brought SPAK back to the attention of public opinion and also to the memory of SPAK.

As CNA.al wrote in the following, the four companies: Integrated Energy - Geogenix - Almares Management and Residence Corporate Services are shells without staff and without any work experience with others Shell companies of incinerators/PD publishes the names discovered by CNA.al, but created only to hide the traces of money movements public.

 

Të katërta këto kompani që janë risjellë në vëmendje sot nga Malltezi  kanë të njëjtën adresë (Delflandlaan 1, Queens ToËer – Office 916, 1062 EA Amsterdam) siç e kanë edhe qindra kompani të tjera guacë.

Sipas dokumenteve nga regjistri i kompanive në Hollandë, Guaca “Geogenix” (ish - Integrated Energy) ka vetëm 50 mijë euro të krijuara vetëm nga transferta “bujare” e Klodian Zotos e cila nga ana e saj vjen nga qindra miliona eurot e dhuruara bujarisht nga Rama-Ahmetaj-Agaçi-Veliaj.

Guaca “Almares” që kontrollon ka vetëm 18 mijë euro. Po kaq ka edhe guaca që zotëron Almares.

Punonjësit e secilës kompani

Sipas dokumenteve nga Hollanda, guaca “Geogenix" ka zero staf. Po zero staf ka edhe guaca “Almares Management”, ndërsa pronarja “Residence Corporate Services” ka dy staf. Këto na ishin kompanitë me eksperiencë të madhe të cilave Edi Rama u dha 8 pikë dhe përcaktoi se ku do të shkonin 128 milionë euro për Inceneratorin inekzistent të Tiranës.

Kompania Geogenix (ish Integrated Energy) – me zero staf dhe 50 mijë euro dhuratë bujare të Klodian Zotos, është kompania bazë me të cilën po veprojnë Zoto –Mërtiri - Gugallja, por edhe sekserë të tjerë të qeverisë si studio Tashko - Pustina. Kompania, apo me saktë GUACA “Geogenix”, kontrollohet nga “Almares Management”, pra GUACA NËNË, një kompani me zero staf dhe vetëm18 mijë euro buxhet.

Pronare e “Almares Management” është GUACA GJYSHE që quhet “Residence Corporate Services”, që gjithashtu ka vetëm 18 mijë euro dhe vetëm 2 punonjës/drejtorë për firmat, nga të cilat njëri ështe ai që firmos me Zoton ose Garganellin sipas rastit, e tjetra është pronarja A. Jangildina e lindur në Bashkimin e Republikave Socialiste Sovjetike./CNA.al
