Aldor Nini's "Acromax" on October 31, 2025 reported the video of the film "At the Beginning of Summer" which is a comparative material with a position held by Erion Veliaj in the Constitutional Court published by CNA.

A film scene made 50 years ago by the "New Albania" film studio, which deals with the war and the Italian occupation of Albania.

Aldor Nini's "Acromax" reported the video published by CNA with the claim that sequences from the video producer, which is RTSH, were used.

The producer of the film is not RTSH, but the film studio "Shqipëria e Re" and RTSH does not have the right to retain the copyright.

Following this reporting, CNA sent an official letter to RTSH. It responded by stating, among other things, that:

"The verification has shown that the footage used by you of Erion Veliaj in the Constitutional Court and of the Albanian film "At the Beginning of Summer" is not exclusive footage of RTSH.

The footage of Erion Veliaj in the Constitutional Court is public for all media, while the footage of the old Albanian film "At the Beginning of Summer" is not a production of RTSH but of Kinostudio "Shqipëria e Re". For this reason, we have officially notified Acromax to make it possible to remove the blocking of your video on behalf of RTSH.

As CNA has repeatedly said, Aldor Nini's Acromax is a company that abuses copyright, media reports for other interests.

CNA has emphasized that Aldor Nini's Acromax has also reported CNA for other political photos and videos.

Aldor Nini's Acromax has also reported on cases where CNA had permission or authorizations given by the media or sister television stations to use footage, which was reported abusively.

This document and this response from RTSH show that CNA's actions towards the media are a repeated censorship by irresponsible actions which show that Aldor Nini and this Acromax company do not serve copyright and the right to speech but have other goals which this document clearly shows. It sought hostility towards the media, supporting anonymous, clientelistic, corrupt and government-supporting media and attacking free speech and media that report the truth without censorship./ CNA
