The KPA vetting decided this Thursday to dismiss the prosecutor of Elbasan, Hektor Mushi.

Thus, the Special Appeal Board has upheld the decision of the first level of vetting, the KPK.

The decision was taken by the judging panel of the Special Appeal Board, consisting of Natasha Mulaj, chairperson, Mimoza Tasi, relator, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo, members.

We recall that Mushi was dismissed in December 2023 for the three criteria of re-evaluation, that of wealth, purity of image and professionalism.

The commission concluded that the prosecutor of Elbasan had hidden an apartment in the name of the parents, making an insufficient declaration about the property.
