CNA has often raised the concern of the phenomenon of stalking, which seems to be ever-increasing.

Dozens of cases have been reported in recent months, while this Sunday the police reported that they had caught another stalker.

It is about the 25-year-old man with the initials IB, who had harassed, raped and threatened a 31-year-old girl for a period of 5 months.

The girl was finally forced to report him, after the young man followed her by car, while she was traveling with her family.

The latter was arrested on July 5, 2023, after being denounced by the SB citizen for stalking, but was later released by the court with a financial guarantee.  ( Read here )

Now he continues to move and live free with a charge filed by the prosecutor's office, while the court drags on the case. 

As stated in the prosecution file, Aldor Nini opened social networks in cooperation with his ex-employee and ex-cohabitant and published derogatory videos.  ( Read here )

The ex-cohabitant has a protection order, just as Aldor Nini's ex-wife had earlier.

And in addition to the persecution of former partners, Aldor Nini has also turned into a persecutor of the media, which he reports for his personal interests, abusing the trust of clients, but also with partners such as "YouTube", "Meta", etc.  ( Read here )

Fier: He stalked a citizen for a period of 5 months, used physical violence and threatened her with her life, the 25-year-old was put in handcuffs.

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Fier Police Station, after the report received from a 31-year-old woman, a resident of Tirana, who was traveling by taxi with her family in the direction of Vlora, and a citizen was following her with his vehicle, they immediately organized the work by cooperating with the services of the Vlora Local Police Directorate for his capture, since according to the information this citizen had moved by vehicle in the direction of Vlora.

In cooperation with the services of the Vlora Police, it became possible to locate, capture and escort to the Fier Police Station the citizen IB, 25 years old, resident in Laç.

At the moment of the stop, during the inspection of the vehicle, the Police services found and seized an item that appears to be a firearm, a pistol, which will be sent to the Scientific Police Institute for examination to determine its type.

The preliminary investigations showed that the 25-year-old stalked, raped and threatened this citizen for a period of 5 months.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution for further actions.

- Tirana: Crime Investigation Specialists at Police Station No. 1 arrested the citizen FM, 19 years old, resident in Finland, after allegedly stalking a minor citizen.

- Tirana: Crime Investigation Specialists at Police Station No. 2 arrested the citizen Dh. P., 66 years old, resident of Tirana, as it is suspected that he has continuously harassed a citizen.

- Tirana: Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 3 arrested the citizen JB, 43 years old, a resident of Tirana, as it is suspected that he has continuously harassed a citizen.

- The Korçë Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began for the citizen RR, 26 years old, a resident of Korçë, after he shared photos and videos of a minor citizen on social networks.

- The Pogradec Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began for AB citizen, 49 years old, resident in Pogradec, after he reported a 54-year-old man, that this citizen persecuted him and his daughter. Work is being done to verify this report;

- Tiranë: Sektori për Hetimin e Krimeve Kibernetike në vijim të punës hetimore për parandalimin dhe goditjen e veprave penale në fushën e krimeve kibernetike, ka administruar kallëzim nga një shtetase, banuese në qytetin e Tiranës, se në mënyrë të vazhdueshme është përndjekur në rrjete të ndryshme sociale, së bashku me motrën e saj të mitur, nga adresa të dyshuara të falsifikuara, nga një shtetas i paidentifikuar. Si rezultat i presionit të ushtruar nga këto profile të falsifikuara e mitura 13 vjeçe është larguar nga banesa.

- Durrës: Përndiqte prej disa muajsh një 29-vjeçare, duke i shkaktuar ankth e frikë, si dhe mbante armë zjarri pistoletë pa leje, kapet dhe vihet në pranga menjëherë pas kallëzimit, 47-vjeçari.

Sekuestrohet një armë zjarri pistoletë me municion luftarak.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Durrës, në bashkëpunim me Patrullën e Përgjithshme, bazuar në informacionin e marrë se një shtetas përndiqte prej disa muajsh një shtetase dhe se ai mbante armë zjarri pa leje, kanë organizuar dhe finalizuar operacionin policor të koduar “Hija”. 

Në kuadër të operacionit u kap dhe u vu në pranga shtetasi K. G., 47 vjeç, banues në fshatin Shënavlash.

Gjatë kontrollit në banesën e këtij shtetasi, shërbimet e Policisë gjetën dhe sekuestruan 1 armë zjarri pistoletë dhe 1 krehër me municion luftarak.

Ky shtetas ka përndjekur një 29-vjeçare për disa muaj, duke i shkaktuar asaj ankth dhe frikë.

29-vjeçarja ka kallëzuar në Komisariatin e Policisë Durrës, për këtë rast.    

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Durrës, për veprime të mëtejshme, për veprat penale “Përndjekja” dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve shpërthyese dhe municionit".

- Tiranë: Vijon puna nga Sektori për Hetimin e Krimeve Kibernetike në DVP Tiranë, për goditjen dhe dokumentimin e rasteve të përndjekjeve “online” dhe të çdo krimi kibernetik.

Zbardhen dhe dokumentohen 62 raste të përndjekjeve “online”, kryer nga një 34-vjeçar, i cili vuan dënimin në një burg të Francës.

Specialistët e Sektorit për Hetimin e Krimeve Kibernetike në DVP Tiranë, në vijim të punës për goditjen e krimeve kibernetike, pas kallëzimeve të depozituara nga disa shtetase, për raste të përndjekjeve “online” në rrjete sociale, kanë organizuar punën për dokumentimin e plotë të kësaj veprimtarie kriminale.

Gjatë hetimeve të kryera, janë siguruar prova të mjaftueshme që krijojnë dyshimin se shtetasi F. D., 34 vjeç, i cili aktualisht vuan dënimin në një burg në Francë për veprat penale “Vjedhje me pasoja të rënda” dhe “Komplot kriminal”, parashikuar nga Kodi Penal Francez, ka konsumuar veprat penale “Falsifikimi kompjuterik”,

"Interference in computer data", "Stalking", and "Unjust interference in private life", provided by articles 86/a, 121, 121/a, 293/b ??of the Criminal Code.

After the identification of the computer interceptions that pulsated from the "Lyon Cobras" prison, in France, it cooperated with Interpol Tirana and the French authorities and a control was exercised in the cell where the citizen FD is located, and during the control the mobile device that this citizen used for criminal activity.

From the investigative actions carried out, it was found that the 34-year-old intervened in the profiles of social networks (mainly "TikTok" and "Instagram") of various citizens and after taking photos from their profiles, published them in fake profiles created by him, placing derogatory descriptions. The author then blackmailed these citizens, asking them for intimate photos and videos in exchange for the deletion of the materials published by him.
