The published videos were filmed by the suspect himself in premises such as an apartment, without the presence of third parties.

In relation to the criminal offense of 'Stalking', it turns out that the person under investigation has consumed the elements of this criminal offense, as this citizen continuously through publications on social networks, with conclusive actions such as threats, or harassing the person through actions repeated with the intention of causing a constant and severe state of anxiety or fear for personal safety, have forced her to change her way of life, with the intention of continuing the relationship or taking revenge.
