The case addressed this Wednesday, June 3, on the show "Stop" concerns a problem broadcast on May 5, where citizen Gresilda Malecaj in Lezha, with the help of "Stop", was able to obtain an ownership certificate for two dunams of olive groves in December 2025.

But then she faced difficulties in actually obtaining her property, which was occupied by two citizens, Gjergj and Saimir Simoni, who had not only built houses in that area, but had also legalized them.

Beyond the footprint of the buildings, they also took over a significant portion of the land, which belongs to Mrs. Malecaj.

The situation worsened, as Gresilda faced threats not to approach her property. In an attempt to find a solution without conflict, Gresilda Malecaj sought the help of the Lezha Municipality to accurately determine the boundaries of the property, requesting that existing homes be respected.

Although a working group was established and field verifications were carried out, in the end she was told that the request was incorrect, leaving her again without a solution.

Gresilda filed a new request, and after the intervention of "Stop", the mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, publicly stated that the case would be followed to the end and the citizen would receive what she deserves.

Finally, this happened, and Gresilda is also grateful for the final solution to the demarcation of her property.
