The show "Stop" broadcast this Wednesday, June 3, the case of citizen Arben Vyshka, a case that was also covered by the show "Stop" in April 2025. The issue has returned to attention after the attempt to execute a court decision related to the ownership of the third floor of a 3-story building.

According to Vyshka's claims, this floor was unfairly passed to his family members through a forged declaration, which was later taken into consideration by lower courts.

"She (the niece) claims to take over my house, to shoot me. You told me to call the construction police on my dad, I'll shoot you at the door," she said. And that's how it happened..."

After two years, the Appeals Court decision is being attempted to be executed by the State Bailiff in favor of his nephew, Andi Vyshka.

However, according to citizen Arben Vyshka and his lawyer, the case is still under review in the High Court and there are decisions of this court that directly affect the validity and execution of the Appeals decision.

One of the main problems is related to access to the third floor. The stairs and the courtyard, which provide access to this floor, are located on a plot of land with several co-owners and this situation is not reflected in the Appeals decision.

"I am trespassing on the land that I own, even though I did not oppose them unjustly, because I am not going against the law. I told them to find a way to enter so that you can take 78 meters and I am ready to take action according to the law. My nephew and niece, with the reason of the bailiff's office, want to adopt and three-sixths of my share, they are entering and I am starting the ordeal of the courts again. Go here, go there, no, complain here, not there. Now I am entering into hostility? It has been 20 years since this process began, I was 45 years old, now I am 65 years old. Where will I go next? These people have not managed to stop once."

For this reason, during the day set for the execution of the decision, questions were raised about the practical and legal manner of its implementation.

Faced with these uncertainties, the state bailiff decided to suspend the actions and request an expertise to determine the method of access to the property.

However, this process also faces difficulties, as it requires the approval of the co-owners of the land, some of whom live abroad, while others support Arben Vyshka's position./ Tv Klan
