In the Criminal Court, the day before, the trial was held with the defendant citizen Aldor Nini, the main man and administrator of the company "Acromax".

Aldor Nini of "Acromax" is the person who was arrested on July 4, 2023, after his former cohabitant with the initials Sara B., denounced him for stalking and violence.

He was held in prison by the police after publishing a video of his former partner without her consent. On July 7, 2023, the Tirana Court granted Aldor Nini the security measure of "house arrest", until the deposit of the property guarantee.

Yesterday was a decisive session, as the prosecution presented new evidence, putting Aldor Nini of "Acromax" against the wall.

The prosecution was able to secure other compromising materials that prove that Aldor Nini of "Acromax" persecuted his ex-fiancée Sara B.

After much material and evidence regarding social networks opened in collaboration with other people, but also attacks with publications of intimate materials, which were only on the phone of Aldor Nini of "Acromax", new evidence has now emerged that seriously compromises the position of the man who runs the "Acromax" company, who has in fact been arrested by the police as a persecutor and is an enemy of free speech in Albania./ CNA
