Fatmir Xhafaj cannot change anything, not even the fate of the gang
Fatmir Xhafaj

Fatmir Xhafaj's mouth was saved! After saying that he is the one who changed the law, the institutions and the infrastructure, he declared that he is the one (that is, the majority that he leads) who also changed the people within the justice system. (read here)

There was no dilemma as long as all of Fatmir Xhafaj's company ended up in super-paid offices at the highest levels of the judicial system. (read here)

The "experts" chosen by Xhafaj are today waiting for their pension in the chair where they were forbidden to sit. Contrary to the Constitution and the laws of the leader of the SP, Xhafaj, Sadushi, Panda, Rakipi, Ibrahimi and others who served as a pen for Fatmir, invaded the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. (read here)

Is Fatmiri talking about these people when he says that people within the system have changed?

"We are really changing many things, the law, the institutions, the infrastructure or the people within the system, but we have not yet changed the approach and culture of these people who administer justice and all those who serve in the justice system. This is not only matters of the law, buildings or finances, but the will, piety, faith and time when the Constitution and the law have guaranteed an independent justice and every person for its decision-making is punishable, but it is a fact that we have quite a few problems today within the system" , Xhafaj said.

But Xhafaj's problem is actually the prosecutors. According to what he himself says, they have misunderstood independence. (read here)

During the reporting to the Assembly, the only prosecutors present were those of SPAK. The only one who supported the activity of the institution he represents, the independence based on the law, was Altin Dumani. (read here)

But Xhafaj doesn't have the courage to call names. Otherwise, he would have to list not only the names of those who, according to Xhafaj, are abusing independence, but also those injured by the abuse of independence.

That's why we're writing the names:
The prosecutor's office that worried Xhafajn is called SPAK! The prosecutor that Xhafaj would like to change is called Altin Dumani! (read here)

The victims of SPAK are the gang of former directors of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, and Xhafaj's son-in-law. (read here)

If Xhafaj undertakes to speak on behalf of the public, we clarify that the public is with SPAK and Altin Duman and not with Xhafaj, Lali Erin and the former director of Urban Planning in Tirana Municipality and still the son-in-law of Fatmir Xhafaj . (read here)

"Judges and especially prosecutors who do not feel independent within themselves and allow themselves to be influenced in their decision-making by superiors, colleagues or external factors. Even worse, some of them have misunderstood the independence, support and protection given as a freedom to overcome the limits of the law or to return to some previous wrong practices for which we were forced to make that deep intervention in the system. The independence and financial support given should be returned to more accountability, transparency, quality of investigation and judgment and efficiency of the system, which is not happening at the right pace in some parts of it", said Xhafaj.

Fatmir Xhafaj is right when he talks about rhythms. The "5D" gang should all be behind bars, along with Erion Veliaj and colleagues who spent some time outside to hide. (read here)

But look at the pettiness of leader Xhafaj! And when he asks for rhythms, Fatmiri reminds them of their salaries. Don't ask for words from the leader from Fatmiri! The pen goes as far as "you owe me the bread you eat". There are so many heels. You can't change anything! Much less the fate of the "5D" gang. Altin Dumanin no or no!/CNA
