Rama for the assassination of Trump: Tragedy for the democratic world

Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the shooting attack that took place during the rally of former American President Donald Trump, where the latter was injured. 

In a post on social networks, the head of the Albanian government says that this is a tragedy for the democratic world.

"It is disturbing to witness a candidate for President of the United States being shot while speaking at a rally and to hear that one attendee has died with several others injured. This is a tragedy for the democratic world. My thoughts are with ex - President Trump and his family. We all hope that this terrible event will unite America and all the people of the democratic world against all forms of violence," he wrote.

The incident happened Saturday night in Butler, Pennsylvania. Trump was injured in his right ear, but his state of health appears to be good. Meanwhile, a supporter of the former president lost his life from gunfire and two others were seriously injured. 20-year-old author Matthew Crooks was executed by security forces./ CNA
