PDK will not form a coalition with Lulzim Basha's party. This was the statement of PDK leader Nard Ndoka in an interview for CNA TV.

Ndoka has argued the termination of political cooperation, saying that Basha is a bully and the most vile political character

"Lulzim Basha has more the convictions of a madman. He is a character who entered politics and became a businessman through politics, he did not come from business.

Lulzim Basha has his mind on the towers, on his brother-in-law's businesses. 

I trusted him, I know this mistake myself, I even went so far as to hand over the PDK representative's mandate in the parliament, causing a cost not only to myself but also to the party I lead.

Basha is a treacherous, sneaky character. I can call him the meanest person I have known in these 30 years and this is a big obstacle not only for me to form a coalition for how long I will be in politics, but also PDK has declared Lulzim Basha "non grata" with evidence and facts, not newspaper information. Lulzim Basha is a closed chapter for me personally but also for the Christian Democratic Party" - said Nard Ndoka as he emphasized that he will continue to support PD and its chairman Sali Berisha

"PD and I have been clearly positioned from the beginning. I am not one of those politicians who blindly trust every international, we also have our own information. I have supported Mr. Berisha since the first steps and I do not include Mr. Berisha in that list of politicians who have caused damage to our country in terms of corruption. On the contrary, he is a politician we can take as a model. There will be a head-to-head confrontation, it is indisputable and the only one who can face Edi Rama today is Sali Berisha - said the head of the PDK.

Asked if the party he leads can form a coalition with SP, Ndoka said that he has supported Rama before, but under different conditions. 

"In 2009, I was in the opposition and I supported the SP for opening the boxes, for transparency. At that time PDK was also punished by Edi Rama's commissioners, but at that time he realized the mistake and asked for transparency for opening the boxes.

Another case is that of January 21, when I supported and stood by Edi Rama and when I supported him for January 21, imagine tomorrow in a coalition. I do not see the SP as a natural coalition. The collaborations have been in completely different situations./ CNA
