Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has reacted to the decision of the Supreme Court, which left in force the "house arrest" measures for the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi.

Gjokutaj attacks the Supreme Court on social networks, where he says it is the lowest in terms of professional level.

This is because, according to him, the decision on security measures contradicts the European Charter of Human Rights, the Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code.

"The Supreme Court in terms of the judicial hierarchy, but the lowest in terms of professional level, today once again recited the refrain of dismissing the demands of the opposition leader, Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi!

This ritual was carried out by the judicial body for which we have requested the exception since it is in relation to the revocation of the security measures and this same judicial body has legislated them (the security measures) in violation of the European Charter of Human Rights, Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code, deliberately avoiding the assessment of the invalidity of these measures!

This was the legal obligation of this Court, but the judges who violated the law and left the leader of the opposition in isolation cannot release him afterwards! Because such is the political order!
