The prosecutors, who investigated the affair of the incinerators from Elbasan to Fier and Tirana, have already been referred to SPAK to their colleagues.

The first is the prosecutor Klodian Braho, against whom there was a frontal attack directed by the citizen Mirel Mërtiri, the latter was the main man and was called the "brain" of the incinerators.

On the other hand, together with his co-habitant, they built the Elbasan incinerator scheme. Also, the tentacles of Mertir went to Fier and ended up in Tirana.

Klodian Braho was directly attacked by Mirel Mërtiri a few weeks ago in his appearance on "Syri TV" on Çim Peka's show. But for a long time he was attacked by some journalists paid by Mërtiri and this already proven by SPAK. Attacks rather than media investigations have been scenarios cooked up in Vienna, where individuals who previously wrote dozens of accusations against the incinerators have been added to the payroll of Mertir.

For weeks and months, Braho was also attacked by "Top Channel" television. The attacks on the SPAK prosecutor simply and only with two goals: to divert the investigations, to exonerate Mirel Mërtir, the "brain" of the incinerators, knowingly or unknowingly, they were accomplices in crime. So a media criminal group served Mirel Mërtir and his corrupt and criminal goals.

On the other hand, CNA has learned today that the opposition has reported prosecutor Dritan Prençi to SPAK, ILD and KLP.

The latter has investigated the Fier incinerator file and is investigating the Tirana incinerator file. According to the experts and the data that CNA provided, Dritan Prençi did not complete the investigations until the end.

He hid the acts and did not bring to justice or bring before the law all the persons involved in the Fieri incinerator. And this, in addition to being ascertained by the court's decision, has new details and facts provided by the opposition's experts.

This report may give another direction to the investigation of the unfinished Fier incinerator.

So, the two main prosecutors who investigated the incinerators, Klodian Braho and Dritan Prençi, are in the wave of continuous attacks from Mirel Mërtiri, the main man of the incinerators and the conductor of these attacks.

On the one hand, Mërtiri pays journalists and individuals to bring reports to SPAK or to divert investigations to hide the truth, to blackmail, threaten and exert pressure on SPAK prosecutors, claiming that investigations have not been completed.

On the other hand, the opposition has the same claim, stressing that the investigations really need to be deepened in the case of the Fier incinerator, since the responsibility of each individual involved in this affair has not been revealed to the end.

The more such claims, whether with political goals or clashes between thugs and thieves of incinerators, in the end they have a good one, they reveal the truth to the end, bringing out not only the responsibility of individuals but also of politics and their bargains.

In fact, all this should lead to a direction where over 178 million euros went, received by the people of the incinerators, who left an oil boiler in Elbasan, an unfinished building in Fier, and no incinerator in Tirana. after 6 years./ CNA
