A few months after CNA reported the first news that the majority was preparing a special commission to oppose SPAK and independent institutions, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced it publicly today after a long speech. Rama also distributed a resolution, which is neither more nor less disrespect or anti-reform in justice.
"To improve its legislative, monitoring and supervisory role in the function of good governance at all levels, executive and law-making, central and local, through mechanisms and rules that strengthen respect for the law and increase transparency in decision-making, access to citizens and inclusiveness of civil society in the legislative process and decision-making of central and local government, prevention of conflict of interest and lobbying for private interests, deepening the process of digitization of public services and better control over them, improvement of accountability and transparency of the image of the public elected or appointed senior officials, strengthening mechanisms for checking the integrity of officials and officials at all levels, establishing functional mechanisms for financial transparency and developing the culture and democratic approach of political parties, etc., states one of the points of the resolution.
With this draft resolution and the announced points, clearly a personal commission of the Renaissance and its 99-chaves becomes a legislator, monitor, supervisor over the government and the Parliament and gives itself the attributes for the Assembly to rise above the KLGJ and the KLD.

So, this government that speaks with pathos about the Reform in Justice finds an instrument to overthrow the institutions of justice.
To understand what is happening, it is enough to look at the behavior of the government, which tells us that we have made a successful Reform in Justice in every case of corruption, scandal or affair that is investigated by SPAK.
When it is successful, why is another reform needed? Or why should such a commission be made that in the end essentially attacks the Reform in Justice?
The Prime Minister says that he is satisfied with the results and that he will not cooperate with corruption. But when he is satisfied why should he come up with a new plan?
In fact, when you are angry, you don't make new plans, you don't interfere with reform, you don't interfere with its institutions, but the opposite happens with Rama.
First, the prime minister has not held any moral and political responsibility until now. Even though he wants to please, Edi Rama with his games wanted to remove from his shoulders the accusations that came to him from his thieving ministers.

The maximum of his political responsibility is revenge against Safet Gjic, who in fact had economic damage of 0 lek, but had more moral and ethical damage.
Edi Rama has not held responsibility for any of the government's thieves and there is no way to be satisfied, so he is trying to get his hands on the Justice Reform.
At least, this is what is clearly read, because it could also be an ambush of Erion Veliaj and Fatmir Xhafaj to finally get rid of them.
The powers of the commission are totally unclear, it will make laws, make reports, supervise, etc. It looks like a new leadership of Rilindash and the 99-chave to stand in front of SPAK and independent institutions.
The opposition is absent, it has not had any role in the process so far, Edi Rama has prepared everything himself with a group of loyalists and demands that the commission be entrusted to the last Enverist and the first 99er, Fatmir Xhafajt.

In this commission, the opposition should at least have its own experts, to discuss, look at the points where the parties agree, to prepare a draft, the parties to discuss the draft and so on.
None of this happened, but the man who has not borne any political and moral responsibility for the financial bleeding of Renaissance, for theft with incinerators, "5D", tenders, concessions, etc. at least it is trying to hit SPAK with all sorts of inventions using the alleged support and fight against corruption as a weapon against SPAK and independent institutions.
In these 10 years, Edi Rama has had the government, he has had the Parliament, he has had the local government, he has the President, he has under his control quite a few structures of the Justice system, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, endless judges are in support of the majority and a question:
When he did nothing about corruption in 10 years in power, why will he do it a year before the elections and in the war against SPAK?
Edi Rama has created a new KPP with a term of 3 years, when in fact the mandate of the Parliament ends in 1 year. With the new KPP, Rama wants a second vetting against the justice that is out of control and for this reason, after the appearance of his friends, he seems to have reached out to Sali Berisha who is on the balcony, Ilir Meta who has a lot of trouble with the new justice, or Lulzim Basha.

If not one or the other, the prime minister wants to have them in his scenarios against SPAK, Reform in Justice, that in fact Edi Rama has imprisoned ministers, mayors, high officials, he is looking for the former deputy prime minister and it seems that the biggest problem is to keep alive and save Erion Veliaj.
Edi Rama is simply trying to fight corruption by creating instruments that actually protect his thieves. The fact is that the Justice Reform is being sought.
A man who for 10 years, although he has dozens of institutions to control corruption and has done nothing, has nothing to do with his inventions that show the fear and panic he has from SPAK./ CNA
