Rama admits it openly: There are corrupt people among us

The head of the government, Edi Rama, in today's meeting with the deputies of the government cabinet, said that among them there are also corrupt people.  

Rama admitted that there were people in his government who committed corruption.

"Albania has passed the worst, we have entered a new phase. This is a fact based on objective data, Albania has never been closer to the European Union. Corruption has not receded, but it can no longer be a threat for Albania. We bear the lion's share of the inevitable political costs, which come from the corrupt bills within us or from the large amounts of mud thrown at us it is the reality, we must all take it together and use it as a motive for strength, reflection and self-correction if we want to climb Albania to the top of 2030", said Rama./CNA
