The chairman of the Democratic Party of Vula, Lulzim Basha, invited to a podcast, spoke about the time when he was appointed Minister of Transport, in 2005. Basha said that at that time there was no information on public procurements, engineering projects, feasibility studies, etc.

So practically, even though he was elected Minister of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunications, Basha has openly admitted that he had no information on infrastructure.
