Press freedom is deteriorating in Albania/ Rama: We will try to improve it

The organization "Reporters Without Borders" in the last annual world index on "Freedom of the Press", emphasized that Albania has marked the deterioration of press freedom, ranking it last among the countries of the region and candidate states for the European Union.

In the Index that includes 180 countries, Albania ranks 99th, losing 3 places compared to a year ago. According to this organization in Albania, editorial independence is threatened by partisan rules. 

There was also a reaction on social networks, from Prime Minister Edi Rama, who emphasizes that we will analyze it carefully, we will consult with all relevant parties and we will take further actions to improve the media environment, to protect.
