Në fjalën e tij në Kuvend, ministri i Brendshëm Taulant Balla u shpreh se vijon procesi i vetëpastrimit të Policisë së Shtetit.
Ai tha se deri më tani janë arrestuar 65 punonjës të policisë dhe theksoi se është shumë i nevojshëm bashkëpunimi me SPAK-un.
"349 janë punonjësit e referuar nga të cilët 65 të arrestuar brenda 300 ditëve. Me të drejtë drejtusi i SPAK ngre një shqetësim sepse nga janari 2020 deri në mars 2024, SPAK ka hetuar 69 punonjës policie. Bashkëpunimi me SPAK me prokuroritë është jetik për procesin e vetëpastirmit të policisë. Sapo të sjellin në kuvend ligjin për Policinë e Shtetit, kontributi i opozitës është i mirëpritur", u shpreh Balla./CNA
