Basha emphasized that the bull should be taken by the horns, as politics has a lot of influence on the Albanian media. 

"The treatment of the judiciary and the media should be the same policies. A standard European code of ethics would not allow this. The media environment is completely dominated by political interests. The bull should be taken by the horns and the horns are the conflict between the media and politics.
