For almost a week, Rilindja's 99-members and Enver's "volunteers" have been going to the studios denying the creation of an "Ad-Hoc" commission to control SPAK's work, but they have found a play on words. 

As Shalsi has said, in two or three of his positions, where he is actually contradictory, or even Elisa Spiropali.

Recently, in a media release, even Plarent Ndreca, one of the 99 new members of the Albanian parliament, will become a working group, which is discussing to raise the standard of the parliament higher, because there are several directorates, which should monitor the work of independent institutions.

This is where the trick begins. In the name of raising to another standard the work of the parliament and its administration, an "Ad-Hoc" commission will be created, it will be led by Fatmir Xhafaj, Enver's 99 volunteers , to move forward afterwards, for called to account by the independent institutions, those who are the most important, the prosecutors, the general prosecutor, the head of SPAK, the head of the KLSH and others. 

These are the institutions that the public is sensitive to, especially the Law Reform and SPAK in particular. They have come out and are denying it one after another. although between the lines, no one is saying that there will not be an "Ad-Hoc" commission to investigate independent institutions. On the contrary, it says that it will be investigated, it will be held accountable, there are several directorates, and so on. 

But no one believes it, because they have raised the alarm, because the internationals have reacted, because they are a political group, who now, allegedly in the name of EU integration, because of the many files that SPAK has under investigation, want to restrain the head of this institution and some really honest prosecutors in SPAK to move forward with their investigations. 

The solution, the way, is to invent a working group, invite the opposition, go ostensibly for an "Ad-Hoc" commission, then we don't do the latter, but we increase the capacities of the parliament to call the leaders of the institutions to the Appeal, where in fact the constitution is clear, the law is clear, who monitors them, how they are called and how far they can go, without emphasizing the concern presented by the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, who said that interventions with law then can be problematic. 

So, politics can grind whatever it wants, but not go to legal changes, which harm the work and independence of SPAK. 

The Rilindja 99 and Enver's volunteers are talking, but no one believes them. This, because the Albanians see from their statements, from the positions they hold, that they are lying, they are lying openly, avoiding between lines and words to lie about a political act that they want to do to take control of SPAK- un./ CNA\
