Vjollca Hoxha, one of the owners of "Top Channel" is now officially under investigation by SPAK.

Vjollca Hoxha has signed a contract with the company "EM Capital Group" for the sale of the shares of "Valtelina Caffe", otherwise known as the "Lori Caffe" brand.

CNA has been able to provide official data that SPAK has carried out the investigative procedure and not simply and only the collection of the documents of the companies, but has also been able to provide contracts for their payments made through banks, the transactions they had, which are large sums with millions and millions of euros.

CNA has often reported that "Top Channel" is a paid media outlet from the incinerator affair by its own people.
