Redi Molla is one of the directors of the Municipality of Tirana, imprisoned for the "5D" file. SPAK accuses Molla as the "de facto" owner of the "5D Construction" company, which has benefited millions from Tirana Municipality's tenders.

The director of Veliaj turns out to be an administrator and shareholder in two businesses and claims income from their sale for several years in a row, and in 2018 he says he sold an apartment in Italy.
Suspicious in his statements are the balances in the bank accounts that sometimes result in minus and sometimes in high amounts.
Over the years, Redi Molla has become rich and in the last declaration, that of 2023, he says that he has some other income, without showing their concrete source.
