The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has stated that on April 25, the mayor Erion Veliaj will travel to the Netherlands to find 100 million euros that would become Tirana's landfill.

During an interview on Syri TV, Kelliçi said that Veliaja needs to close some big financial pitfalls after he stole the money and there is no incinerator.

Kelliçi emphasized that he continues to be paid for a contract that was concluded with false documents, when the names Zoto and Mërtiri are public and appear to us as Dutch.

"These SPAK he knows these things, or do they have a mission to attack only the opposition. The mayor of Tirana has stolen 162 million euros and no one is held responsible", said Kelliçi.

Furthermore, the member of the Presidency of the DP said that if a mayor in the world or in Europe was found to be involved in such a corruption scheme, he would have left or resigned.
