Shtyhet seanca në GJKKO për Dritan Rexhepin/ SPAK, letër autoriteteve turke

Gjykata e Posaçme nuk ka mundur të zhvillojë këtë të enjte gjyqin në ngarkim të Dritan Rexhepit të personave të tjerë të akuzuar për rrëmbimin dhe vrasjen e Jan Prengës.

Raportohet se SPAK ka bërë me dije se me anë të një letre do t'i drejtohet autoriteteve turke në Ankara që të bëjnë njoftimin e Dritan Rexhepit për gjyqin.

Sakaq, për sa kohë është i arrestuar procesi nuk mund të vijojë pa njoftimin zyrtar të Rexhepit mbi akuzat që rëndojnë ndaj tij në Shqipëri. 

Për rrëmbimin e dhe vrasjen e Jan Prengës, më herët është dënuar burg për jetë Festim Bexhdili kopshtari i kompleksit Golden Resort ku u mbajt peng Jan Prenga si dhe me tre vite burg menaxherin  e resortit Olsi Turja.

Kreu i kartelit “Kompania Bello”, Dritan Rexhepi u arrestua të premten (10 nëntor 2023) në një vilë luksoze në Stamboll, aty ku kishte shkuar falë një pasaporte false kolumbiane, regjistruar në emrin e Benjamin Omar Perez Garcia./CNA
