Ekstradohet me

Ekstradohet në Shqipëri, emri i njohur i drejtësisë, Behar Bajri. Mësohet se 43-vjeçari është transportuar nga Franca drejt Shqipërisë me një avion "charter" mëngjesin e së enjtes. 

43 vjeçari i kërkuar ndërkombtarisht nga SPAK për operacionin Metamorfoza duhet të sillej nga Franca në Shqipëri mbrëmjen e djeshme por vetëm mengjësin e sotëm ai ka shkelur tokën shqiptare.

Shkak u bënë arsyet e sigurisë për të mos fluturuar me një avcion me pasagjerë civilë.

Ndaj Behar Bajrit në Shqipëri rëndojnë akuza për 5 vepra penale, ndër të cilat “Grup i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Vrasje me paramendim”.

Bajri pritet që të dalë përpara trupës gjykuese në ditët në vijim ku do të njihet me masën e sigurisë së dhënë më 28 korrik.

Hetimet ndaj Bajrit dhe 14 të tjerëve të implikuar në dosjen “Metamorfoza” nisën që në vitin 2019, pas zbërthimit të rrjeteve “Sky” dhe “EnkroChat” nga vendet partnere, të cilat sollën në vendin tonë gjetjet e tyre.

Emri i tij del si porositës i vrasjes së Ibrahim Licit, Dorian Dulit dhe Genc Tafilit, krime të cilat nuk ndodhën.

Nga komunikimet në “Sky” rezultonte se Pëllumb Gjoka ka porositur te Behar Bajri një atentat ndaj Kleant Musabelliut. Vrasjen e këtij të fundit e kishte marrë përsipër Ervis Martinaj, i cili kishte shkëmbyer objektivin me Bajrajt. Bajrajt duhet të vrisnin Gjin Ndojin dhe Martinaj Musabelliun./CNA
