Beleri said that "for election crimes I am the only one arrested in 33 years. In the 33 years that we have heard about election crimes, only one Greek has been arrested and only one Greek who has been publicly described by the prime minister as his personal enemy is kept in prison."

He cursed that justice delays but never forgets.
