A few days ago, SPAK published an announcement after several arrest warrants, security measures given by GJKKO regarding the issue of incinerators. This was the third set of measures given to the incinerators and SPAK announced that investigations are continuing. ( Read here )

What SPAK emphasized was that we were dealing with a structured criminal group , headed by Mirel Mërtir or Klodian Zoto, who cooperated with Tirana Municipality officials and other government officials, some of them behind bars for the incinerator affair . ( Read here )

In fact, the investigations continue, verifications are being carried out and the citizen Vjollca Hoxha, who directed "Top Channel" , which had a partnership with Mirel Mërtir, with Klodian Zoto, with several companies from Bulgaria and in Tirana, has been questioned.

The owners of the incinerators were the people who paid about 2 million euros to buy "Lori Caffe" and then this company returned to Vjollca Hoxha again , after not having respected a point of the contract for the unpaid 100 thousand euros. ( Read here )
