In addition to the signatures that revealed the connections of the former minister Lefter Koka with the incinerator companies, in the hands of the prosecutors of SPAK are also documents that prove the connections of the media with this affair.

So it is shown how televisions, journalists, and portals were bought by Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and Stela Gugallja, the people of the incinerator scheme in Elbasan, Fier and Tirana.

CNA.al has been able to provide from official sources at SPAK, data that show payments, which are different depending on the ?bargains? or services provided by the media to the incinerator company.

In this list are the names of the main informative televisions in the country, portals mainly near the government, but also individuals, ie people appear on media screens as independent analysts, but who have defended and continue to defend the corrupt incinerator concession.

Prime Minister Edi Rama has tried to close with a little noise the arrest of his former minister Lefter Koka. The latter is also accused by the SMI, which in fact started talking about this affair, just before the 2021 parliamentary elections, as it was silent for 8 years.

He remained silent for another 4 years, when he was in power and took place the incinerator affair. So when the concessions were signed, about which Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi say now that they knew nothing. Lulzim Basha was also silent, so everyone was silent.

Even the media. Because the latter was paid for the services rendered to the incinerators or bought, or was corrupted, as is the case of the accusations leveled against Lefter Koka. CNA.al will publish day after day all the data it has been able to provide for people in the media, portals and television who have been paid by Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri and the latter?s cohabitant, Stela Gugallja.

It is about payments that in total amount to millions of euros. For several years, this money has been transferred to various companies close to the media. There are also direct payments from television incinerator companies, justifying them as commercials spots to the fictitious subjects that have the same addresses, the national televisions, where names that are part of the staff are hidden, and that have opened companies paid by the incinerators.

SPAK already has it all in hand. But apart from Lefter Koka, the accountability is not expanding to others, as the head of SPAK Arben Kraja has said publicly that the incinerator of Fier and that of Tirana are also being investigated.

So far, only former Minister Lefter Koka has been arrested for Elbasan. In fact, if you look at the balance sheets, mandate-payments, and the way the media has been treated and the payments that have been made to televisions, portals and journalists who appear and ?tweet? on screens, the media clientele shouldn?t be left out of the scheme, which would justify its work as a service, or advertisement to a private company.

The money was paid being justified as advertising. But from the data it results that there are media and peripheral portals that have been paid tens or hundreds of millions of Lek, when in fact many of they have neither audience nor readings. They have only served as a propaganda tool for incinerators or attacks on those who denounced this corrupt affair.

Although these companies of Stela Gugala, Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto, are already publicly and officially accused of corruption, as is the case of the Elbasan incinerator.

But should be expected further investigations for Fier and Tirana.
