When will SPAK investigate the companies of Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi, in partnership with incinerators?!

The incinerator concession in Albania is one of the most accused in Albania. He is rightly considered the corrupt affair of the century. For more than a year, CNA.al has denounced in a series of investigative articles the incinerator concessions, a history of corruption that starts in Elbasan with 22 million euros, continues in Fier with 28 million euros, and then in Tirana, with an initial contract of 128 million euros.

It is about several hundred million euros, which connect the same names, but with the names of different companies, from Tirana, Malta and the Netherlands. It involved personages with changed names, and with dubious pasts. These companies don?t lack former bar managers, lawyers, or even people without any business activity, who at some point appears suddenly and receive concessions worth hundreds of millions of euros. This affair includes also television, politicians and businessmen.

In connection with this affair, we already have a former minister arrested. Lefter Koka, former Minister of Environment in the government ?Rama 1?, was arrested a few days ago, after a SPAK investigation on the incinerator in Elbasan. But, SPAK has investigated only the Elbasan incinerator, and the chain of companies related to Lefter Koka.

But when will he investigate the companies related to the partnership with Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi? We first recall the company Em Capital Group, a company established in Bulgaria where the partners are Mirel Mërtiri, Klodian Zoto and Eva Blushi, the wife of the former director of Top Channel, Ben Blushi.

Klodian Zoto has 34 per cent of the shares, Eva Blushi 33 and Mirel Mërtiri 33 per cent.

Then, it is the same company which comes to Albania and buys for 2.2 million dollars, 51 per cent of the shares of Valtelina Kafe, which also bears the trade name Lori Kafe, and which ?coincidentally? has the same owners as Top Channel.

Ben Blushi?s first cousin, Alqi Bllako, then appears as director. The latter, is the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment, today a member of the Socialist Party. When will be investigated the 2.2 million euro purchase? When will Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha talk about direct partnership with the owners of incinerators?

We remember here the company ?Kudo Pay?, where co-partners are Vjollca Hoxha, Ben Blushi and Stela Gugallja, the owner of the Elbasan incinerator, who has been declared wanted by the police. Top Channel has partnerships with other companies, with incinerator concessionaires, and is paid for by incinerators.

So this television is in partnership with the owners of the biggest corruption affair in these 30 years. They have circulated millions of euros, so SPAK cannot close the investigation only in the pockets of a former minister. He should also investigate Top Channel, to see how far they are extended the ?tentacles? of incinerators.

Top Channel propaganda in support of incinerators is public. The existence of companies is also documented. Payments are made through banks. Their source and destination must be found. SPAK cannot act as if nothing happened to Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi, only because they stand behind a television or an online newspaper.

SPAK is facing a test, and the truth is not enough with Lefter Koka alone. The lid of the ?well? is open, and if it stinks, no one can close it. Inside the ?wells? is the truth and all the filthy things that starts in the incinerators and ends with in the propaganda in the media./CNA.al
