Facts that overthrow Lulzim Basha/The details that show the manipulation of the June 13 elections

In public opinion but also among political analysts, there is an approach according to which the Democratic Party has already a real race for its leader. And this is argued by the fact that there are 4 candidates in the race, of which 3 of them are people who can rival with dignity Lulzim Basha.

In fact if we look close at the details, this race is highly questionable. And this is not because there are 4 candidates. Having a real race is not enough just to have a few candidates. There may also be a race with one candidate, as the structures may vote against, abstain, overthrow him, have a fair election process, and may be called a race.

Anyway a race with yourself. But it is still a fair race. On the other hand, the candidates who are challenging Lulzim Basha claim that there may be a race, and that they will defeat the latter. In fact, to have a real race and to defeat Basha, it is not enough to be like Edith Harxhi who has maintained a critical attitude towards him only the last 4 years.

It is not enough to be like Fatbardh Kadilli, who for 4 years has been a close associate of Lulzim Basha. The latter lied to Kadilli that this time he would run as an MP. But he left it off the lists, and Kadilli came out against him.

But you cannot be like Agron Shehaj, who came from the business world, accused of ?buying? with money the mandate of MP. He has built his image in the public opinion and

in the structures of the Democratic Party using the call center machinery.

First for this race to be real, it had to follow some rules, which do not exist. And to be called dignified, honest, those rules would have to be obeyed.

Second, there can be no competition when there is no independent party CEC. Because it is under the control of Lulzim Basha.

On the other hand, to enter a race you must have transparency on the voter lists. So who will vote? What are the names? Because in the June 13 elections, not everyone who passes by on the street can vote. And the lists are easily manipulated, and candidates will find it impossible to send their own people to check the situation.

What race will be without a voter list?

What race will be, when the list of voters is produced by Endri Hasa, the right wing and one of the most trusted people of Lulzim Basha?

As a rule, the Election Commission should have several counters.

The election will be held on June 13, while there are 71 branches of the Democratic Party. There are 12 regions, which also have large municipalities within them. How long will it take to campaign in the Tirana region, when the DP has 11 branches according to the mini-municipalities? In most districts there is no time to campaign. Therefore, Lulzim Basha?s three rivals have entered the race with many disadvantages.

They have nothing, no lists, no observers, no counters, no party CEC, no time to campaign. With all these objections, they are in the race against Lulzim Basha, who is seeking to take the third term as chairman of the DP. The only aspect with which he competes with Edi Rama, is that the more mandates Rama has in power, the more mandates Luli Basha will stay in the opposition./CNA.al
