Erion Veliaj went public yesterday in one of the media paid by the incinerators and clients of the government, clarifying his position for the umpteenth time regarding the investigations he has for about 5 files for the Municipality of Tirana.

You don't go to SPAK for colleagues, you don't have subordinates to SPAK prosecutors, nor to Altin Duman. And for those offices he is talking about, in case he gave them, he gave them to the institution in violation of the law, he should go and answer there, before the law.

The prosecutor calls you to account, the prosecutor asks you, for violating the law. You don't go in front of the prosecutor for a wedding. 

The political "wedding" with prosecutors is over and Erion Veliaj knows this very well. He is not at all dignified like Berisha or Meta because the latter two at least faced the reform from the beginning. They didn't want to accept it, they attacked it, Rama-forma, dum-Dumans and so on. But, Erion Veliaj, who used to tell us that he had them under control, for several times avoided the call, allegedly due to illness, with his agenda abroad, which he justified with the post office, and now he is telling us that he is going by himself. 

It's not going by itself. He is walking like Cheçoja with one leg, to answer the questions about the accusations of his associates, that the Municipality of Tirana has and Erion Veliaj knows this very well. There will be good hours of tension in front of the prosecutors and Veliaj will not be able to lie to the Albanians that he will go to SPAK to give my explanations, we will have a different approach. 

There is no other approach. He will not go to give explanations, he will go to SPAK to be questioned as a person in the know and he can be charged and it is not one, but there are 5 files.

This gentleman who talks to us about the cooperation with SPAK and its directors in a thousand procedures, why didn't he react about the Tirana incinerator, when CNA wrote 6 or 7 years ago, but gathered the media and distributed money together with Mirel Mërtir?

Why did Erion Veliaj a year ago when CNA was denouncing the tenders in the Municipality of Tirana, the streets, where the former candidate Belind Kelliçi caught him alive on "Xhon Belushi" street, came out and said there will be a report against him because he has defamed, where in fact the scheme was corrupt and he covered it up?

Why does Erion Veliaj continue to protect his thieving directors because he is their collaborator?

It is his organization and he is the head of the organization. The head of the organization must go before the SPAK and give an account before the law. The prosecutors of SPAK are neither Mariglen Qato, nor Taulant Tusha, nor Redi Molla, nor Ermal Kapllanaj, nor any of those other corrupt directors of Erion Veliajt, accomplices of theft of incinerators, accomplices of theft with the "5D" scheme ” and with other corrupt schemes in the Municipality of Tirana. 

Therefore, Erion Veliaj's media struggles are nothing else, just the last throes of a thief caught alive together with his accomplices./ CNA
