"Black Tuesday for Albania"/ DP: The country is governed by Prime

The Democratic Party has reacted to the three murders that shook the country, where three people were stabbed to death in Durrës, Tirana and Berat. The DP condemns the acts of violence and declares that the State Police is acting as a spectator.

The DP appeals to the judiciary to prevent self-justification.

" Today has become a 'black Tuesday' for Albania. Three knife murders, in Durrës, Tirana and Berat, and one injured with TNT in the city of Shkodra, speak of the state of terror in which the country has been plunged and the loss of control by a government that governs with the Sun and the 'Sun Prime Minister'.
The Democratic Party, by strongly condemning every act of violence, consoles the families of the victims and calls for justice to act with balance and coolness to avoid any self-justification.
At the same time, we raise the alarm about the role of the spectator in relation to order and security where the narco-state Police has let itself go, showing not only incompetence, but also insensitivity towards citizens and public order.
Violence is not the solution, and even less is it the solution for a Police and government that does not prioritize the lives and safety of Albanians, but the sharing of drugs, territories and electoral influence with gangs.
