MP Saimir Koreshi commented today on the draft law on hunting.

In his speech to the Committee on Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, Korreshi stated that this legal initiative must respond to several issues, such as administration and training.

Korreshi ironically said that with the end of the permit for planting hashish, the way has been opened for hunting in pairs.

"Since I come from a country that is not agricultural, but agriculture has many problems. The responsibility has been left to the law. Since the hashish has been finished, I think the path of the couple has been opened. It has been left to the municipalities and local structures to deal with this. It is claimed that those employees receive their salaries, but how much do they know and have they ever held the couple in their hands? Do they have any idea? At least where I come from, it turns out that they only receive their salaries at the ATM. As for the management of areas with private structures, an interpretive vacuum has been left, in which it is not determined whether it will be a private police or what else it will be. Consultation with hunting associations was necessary. They are licensed. They know the area. They protect the area, because they start it for sport and there are no additional costs," said Korreshi./CNA
