Former MP Monika Kryemadhi, after the postponement of the session at the GJKKO, reacted with a post on social networks.

Kryemadhi has chosen to use the political language of the leader of the PL, Ilir Meta, and the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, as he attacked the Special Prosecution Office.

According to her, SPAK has brought the case to trial without administering all the evidence, while claiming that this is being done to keep Meta in prison.

SPAK has not discovered any new evidence.
It has only responded to the requests that I made myself, before the investigations were closed, on August 14, 2025.

In these responses, it is clear that: LSI has paid only as much as it officially declared and there is no request or authorization from LSI itself for payments from third parties.

But instead of fully investigating these facts, SPAK has brought the case to trial without administering all the evidence, just to close the file and keep Ilir Meta in prison.

It is clear to anyone: SPAK has acted under political directive, because without this directive, there would be no legal basis to keep Ilir Meta in prison.

What is being tried to be sold today as "new evidence" is, in fact, a complete investigative dossier of 450 pages!
So, SPAK has brought to trial a file that is missing 450 investigative pages, just for a childish tantrum: to keep Ilir Meta in prison, because the legal terms of detention were exceeded.

Commanded justice is not justice — it is an instrument of power. And this truth, no matter how hard they try to hide it, will not remain hidden.

We recall that the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, and the leader of the PL, Ilir Meta, in their appearances and conferences have attacked the Special Prosecution Office and its director, saying that their decisions are influenced by politics. However, the head of SPAK, in every communication to the media, has underlined that they are not influenced by politics. He has also emphasized that the trust of citizens in this institution has increased, as has been proven by various surveys conducted in the country. /CNA
