The deputy of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, denounced this Thursday in the plenary session as well as in a statement outside the headquarters of the Parliament the towers of Lulzim Basha and his family members.

Bardhi said that Basha's family members have an alliance with the towers, mentioning the fact that there are two floors in one of the residences at the entrance of the "Lion Residence" Lake.

He also said that Basha meets construction businessmen in the garages of the towers. These statements of the deputy, once close to Lulzim Basha, have greatly angered the latter.

Basha reacted twice to Bardhi's statements and accused the deputy, claiming that he was lying.

But the truth "brings down" Lulzim Basha. CNA denounced a year and a half ago the floors of "Lion Residence", which were taken by Basha's brother-in-law, Erion Isufi.

Specifically, in March 2022, CNA denounced with facts that in August 2021, about three months after Basha's defeat in the parliamentary elections, Erion Isufi bought millions of euros of real estate in one of the most luxurious and expensive areas of Tirana, near the Artificial Lake.

Isufi bought several apartments, business units and several parking spaces in "Lion Residence". But beyond that, Isufi is suspected of tax evasion, as the market value is much higher than the value he says he bought them for.

CNA has learned that for the moment in "Lion Residence" there are only these companies of Lulzim Basha's brother-in-law, since the others have been suspended.

Erion Isufi's properties were bought at prices 3 times lower than the market

Another important fact is the price at which Basha's brother-in-law bought them. This is because according to the calculations made by CNA in March 2022, it turned out that the properties were taken at prices 3 times lower than the market.

These calculations were made after real estate agencies told CNA that the market value was many times higher than Basha's house claimed.

Sipas Real Estate “Inf 93”, në “Lion Park, Rezidencë” shkonte 3800 euro m2 për apartament. Një post garazhi kushtonte nga 60 –70 mijë euro. Ndërsa metri katror i njësive tregtare shkonte nga 5000 -8000 euro.

Sipas dokumenteve zyrtare që posedon CNA, Isufi ka blerë dy njësi tregtare.

Njërën me sipërfaqe sipërfaqe 985.2 m2 me çmim shitje 1 478 250 Euro dhe tjetrën me sipërfaqe 1‘158.66 m2 me çmim shitje 3 150 396 Euro.

Sipas këtyre të dhënave janë blerë 2143 m2 sipërfaqe njësi tregëtare me vlerë të deklaruar 4,628,646 Euro ose 5.6 miliardë lekë.

Ndërkohë që vlera e tregut shkonte nga 5 000 -8000 euro dhe Erion Isufi i bie që e ka marrë marrë me 1500 euro.

Po t’i llogarisim me vlerën minimale 5 000 euro, dy njësitë tregtare me sipërfaqe 2143 m2 shkonin 23 143 230 000 euro.

Po në të njëjtën rezidencë Erion Isufi dhe babai i tij i ndjerë kanë blerë dy apartamente dhe pesë vendparkime me vlerë 624,405 euro ose 761 milionë lekë.

Një apartament dhe tre vendparkime në dokument thuhet se i ka blerë me çmim total 272 165 Euro, ndërsa apartamentin tjetër dhe dy vendparkime me çmim total 352 240 Euro.

Të gjitha patundshmëritë që Erion Iusfi ka blerë pranë liqenit të Tiranës, shkojnë në total, sipas çmimit të deklaruar në kontratë në 5,253,051 Euro ose 6.4 miliardë lekë.

Një post parkimi sipas çmimeve të tregut në rezidencën “Lion” kushtonte nga 60-70 mijë euro, ndërsa apartamenti shkonte 3800 euro për metër katror.

Nëse 5 vendet e parkimit i llogarisim me nga 60 mijë euro, me çmimin e tregut shkonin në 30 000 euro.

Nëse e marrim të mirëqenë se i ka blerë vendet e parkimit me 60 mijë euro njërin, i bie që njërin apartament ta ketë marrë 92 165 euro dhe tjetrin me 232 e 240 euro.

Po, në atë zonë ku çmimi i tregut ishte 3800 euro metër katrori, me asnjë lloj kalkulimi nuk blihen dy apartamente në Lion Rezidencë me çmimin që thuhet në kontratë.
