The court decided to sentence Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir to 6 years and 8 months in prison, while Stela Gugallian to 4 years and 8 months, for the Elbasan incinerator.

All three have benefited from summary judgment.

Summary judgment is a criminal procedure, when the defendant accepts the prosecution's evidence and does not contest it.

But how can the judge accept a summary judgment, when these people have escaped and are living as paupers with the stolen money, and did not bother about the evidence or the witnesses?

By the way, what about the money? Where is the money?
