"Europe with big problems", Rama: We need a new approach

Prime Minister Edi Rama from Granada, Spain, where he arrived at the meeting of the European Political Community, in a statement to the media, said that a new approach is needed for countries that are not part of the European Union.

He said that Europe has many problems to have a strategic thinking and planning.

Rama states that the spirit of the European community should and can be transposed within the perimeter of the EU without necessarily giving full membership as this will not happen.

"There is no first and second class membership, but as we are now there is a first class Europe and a second class Europe. We believe that this Europe that has many problems to have a strategic thinking and planning is able to expand soon. A new approach must be found for those of us who are not part of the EU. Sharing inside should become more interactive.
