Kreu i Grupit Parlamentar të PD-së, Gazment Bardhi ka deklaruar se Lulzim Basha po mashtron para ligjit.
Bardhi i ftuar në emisionin e Çim Pekës është shprehur se Basha pasi u vetëzgjodh në 29 korrik kryetar i partisë nuk ka dërguar një kërkesë ku thuhet se ai është zgjedhur kryetar i partisë.
Sipas Bardhit, Basha po ndërmerr veprime duke mashtruar para ligjit.
“Është fakt i njohur publik që Basha pas datës 21 mars nuk është më kryetar i PD. Basha pretendon se është zgjedhur në 29 korrik , zgjedhja është në kundërshtim me ligjin. Sot që flasim Basha nuk ka paraqitur një kërkesë. Po kryen një mashtrim para ligjit. Të çojë kërkesën e tij për regjistrim në gjykatë”, tha Bardhi./ CNA
