The vote counting for political entities in Kosovo has been completed. According to updates from the Central Election Commission, a total of 2,498 ballot boxes have been opened and counted.
The Vetëvendosje Movement leads the results with 42.91% or 299,152 votes, followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo with 21.12% or 147,220 votes. Third is the Democratic League of Kosovo with 17.58% or 122,575 votes.
Meanwhile, the CEC has announced that today the process of counting the votes of candidates for deputies will begin at the Municipal Counting Centers (MCCs).
CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi told media in Kosovo that the results of political entities will be verified beforehand from the forms completed at polling stations.
He announced that today at 16:30 they will hold a press conference where they will announce the start of verification/counting in all municipalities. /CNA
