Lulzim Basha held a new meeting, but with old promises.

From Fieri, Basha once again listed his proposals for the Electoral Reform.

"In 2008, the two main parties in the country changed the constitution, and one of the by-products of this constitutional change was that citizens no longer directly elect the lady or gentleman, young or old, who wants to represent them in the Albanian Parliament, but choose from closed or limited menus of lists presented by the parties and signed by the party leaders. I want to start with the problem of closed lists. With the limited menu that the Albanian voter is forced to eat in every pair of elections. In fact, the closed lists have become the main defect, because Albanians today do not have the opportunity to vote and take the person they vote to the parliament. So we are talking about the problem of open lists.
