"The opposition is a swamp of frogs"/ Rama "shoots" Berisha

Prime Minister Edi Rama stated at the Socialist Party's National Youth Assembly that the Socialist Party is the only political force that will seat Albania at the EU table.

Rama took aim at the opposition and its leader Sali Berisha, saying: A vote for anyone else is a stone thrown into the water and that the opposition is a swamp of frogs led by a swamp owl.

"This is the only political force of Albanians that is the age of all those who support it, that has done and can do even more than all other forces together for Albania and all those who support it, who are the overwhelming majority of Albanians.

No other force is more experienced than ours and more energetic than ours, no other force, old or new, has more youth than us, and no other force has more young and old than us.

The power that brings newness and strength to the country is nowhere else but here and with us.

A vote for us is the only vote for change, a vote for anyone else is a sure vote for disappointment.

Everyone else promises everything because they have nothing in their hands. We have it in our hands to make the European dream a reality for generations to come, to make Albania's name a seat at the EU table.
