The great interest of Italian citizens in Albania is increasing every year. Today, during the conversation he held on the podcast 'Flasim', Prime Minister Edi Rama emphasized this interest even more, stating that during 2024 our country was visited by 1 million Italians.

Rama also shared with his followers a moment of personal conversation when many Italians call him to ask about life here. In this conversation with the famous dancer Ilir Shaqiri, the two stopped at length on the positive concept of Italians for Albania.

During the podcast conversation, regarding Italian visitors, Rama said, among other things:

"Last year, 1 million Italians came to Albania. Some are Albanians with Italian passports, but the overwhelming majority are Italians, Italians. They ask me where to live, how to live, we want to buy a house, to live in Albania"

I look at the planes that are full, and when I come back I see families with children who go to spend the weekend in Italy, while Italians don't leave Italy.
