"We put an end to the robbery"/ Teliti: Flat tax within the first 100

The coordinator for the economic program at the Democratic Party, Dorjan Teliti, emphasized through a reaction on social networks that his party, upon coming to power after the May 11 elections, will abolish Edi Rama's progressive tax and return the flat taxation of 10%.

Teliti added that the time has come for change and that we must end policies that penalize those who contribute and work for the country.

A little more than three months separate us from the important election day, a historic opportunity to stop the economic regression of the last 12 years.

The 23% progressive tax has severely damaged the middle class, professionals, teachers, doctors, entrepreneurs, etc., forcing many of them to even leave the country. This taxation model has stifled initiative, hindered development, and plunged the economy into a constant crisis.

The time for change has come! On May 11th, let's end policies that penalize those who work and contribute to this country.

With Berisha as Prime Minister and the DP in government, the 10% flat tax will come into effect within the first 100 days, bringing a new climate for the middle class, professionals, business, increased wages, and more opportunities for everyone.
