Fatmir Xhafaj sticks his head out: The government should have wider control over
Fatmir Xhafaj

Fatmir Xhafaj, the person who claims to have created the Reform in Justice, has been attacking SPAK for some time and is seeking to reform the reform.

Xhafaj, called the last Enverist and the first 99-chi, created a draft resolution for the creation of a new "Ad-Hoc" commission, through which he wants to capture SPAK.

Yesterday in the Parliament we saw how Xhafaj attacked SPAK and defended the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, as well as his thieving directors caught with their hands in the "pockets" of the Albanians.

Without any hesitation, the last Enverist asked not to punish the thefts of the directors of Veliaj, while his deviations have continued even today.

At the meeting of the Laws Commission, Xhafaj proposed to change the reporting method of SPAK to the government.

He stated that the government should not only give recommendations for SPAK, but have a wider control.

"I have one thing, it has to do with the issue of methodology. It is a reflection after a practice has been created that is not new, it is many years old, the practice of the government's recommendations to the prosecution is before the Justice Reform, it is a consolidated tradition, meanwhile when you see the recommendations, the volume, the repetition, the lack in my point of view of a more exhaustive analysis, has the moment come to change this methodology, either for the way the government formulates this constitutional right and obligation, or the way it approaches the two institutions, separating a separate recommendation for the prosecution special and a separate recommendation for the general jurisdiction", emphasized the last enverist.

Thus, Xhafaj went out on the trail and bluntly said that the government should control SPAK, a proposal that CNA has been denouncing for months.

This proposal of Xhafaj comes at a time when SPAK has caught the thieving directors of Veliaj, for whom the last Enverist publicly cried in the Assembly.

In fact, Xhafaj's problem is the capture by SPAK of his friend Erion Veliaj, who made his son-in-law director. His son-in-law, Ditjon Baboçi, the man who drowned Tirana with towers, has been accused of the constructions when Veliaj held him as director.

With the control of SPAK, Enverist seems to want to pull Erion Veliaj and his directors out of the precipice where they are falling./ CNA
