Poll-Do you support the majority's attack on SPAK?

As of January 2024, CNA exclusively revealed the government's scheme and underhand game to control and strike SPAK.

The government scheme included the establishment of an "Ad Hoc" commission, which would be headed by Fatmir Xhafaj, the man who is known as Enver's volunteer.

The control and attack on the independent institutions of Justice, SPAK, due to the investigations of hot files, such as that of the incinerators, where officials, a former minister, secretary general and directors of the Municipality of Tirana have been arrested are the only goal of the establishment of this group.

Just three days ago, before the meeting of the parliamentary group, ministers and the anti-SPAK group, Fatmir Xhafaj prepared the draft to attack the justice institutions.

In the 8-point draft resolution, the majority openly calls for the control and monitoring of SPAK.

Regarding these developments, CNA has asked citizens about the majority scheme.

For this scheme, there was an earlier reaction from the internationals, who expressed their position, asking the majority to keep their hands off SPAK.

But recently, there has been a reaction from the USA again, where it is emphasized that the Reform in Justice is irreversible and that more should be done by the politicians, thus expressing support for the Special Prosecutor's Office.

There have been occasional meetings of this anti-SPAK group, which was initially denied, but is now clear and self-accepted by the majority./ CNA
