Draft law on surrogacy/ Berisha: Human crime, Rama is encouraging abortions

Former prime minister Sali Barisha, at the meeting on the draft law on surrogacy, an initiative of the Rama government, said that it is a European and human crime, which is harming Albanian families. 

According to Berisha, Rama is encouraging abortions and sterilization with this law. 

Berisha's words: 

Dear present, citizens attending this censored meeting dedicated to a fundamental problem of the nation and censored in the most shameful, most scandalous way by the vast majority of the media controlled by the government.
It's just that all the owners of these media have families.
Their employees have families and this conference has as its main objective to present to Albanians the major danger of the Rama law on surrogacy. For the transformation of the Albanian mother, who I must say here that without honesty, without morals, without her integrity we as a nation would have been extinguished not once, but three times, maybe centuries ago.
And now Edi Rama with his law chooses complete deconfiguration.
The transformation, after introducing the concepts of superspeculant George Soros for Parent 1 and Parent 2, now chooses the concept of farm or fashion for the Albanian mother.
Choose the concept of complete deconfiguration of the family.
This is an effort beyond any imagination.
On this occasion, I salute the European Parliament that, in a responsible act, with an extraordinary majority of votes, announced the surrogacy that Edi Rama will install in Albania with his law, a European crime.
For Albania, this is a crime against humanity, against the Albanian nation./ CNA
