"50 million euro tenders for Rama's baxhanak"/
The Democratic Party expressed concern today over the benefits from public tenders, which according to the DP go to people closest to Edi Rama.

The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, stated in a statement that criminal charges will be filed for this matter, to restore the honor of Albanians, as from these affairs declared by Arben Ahmetaj and investigated by the media, it results that the services obtained from public tenders are being passed on to Prime Minister Edi Rama's cronies.

Belind Këlliç's full statement:

"Dear citizens,

A few days ago, the former No. 2 of the Rama Government and the Prime Minister's closest political collaborator for a decade, former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, shocked public opinion with serious accusations about the criminal organization, which according to him is led by Edi Rama. Under the slogan 'follow the money', Ahmetaj made strong accusations against Belinda Balluku and Erion Veliaj, talking about hundreds of millions of euros looted in the Llogara tunnel affair, in the ANA institution, in the phantom incinerator of Tirana, in the numerous concessions and construction permits in the capital. Clear indications to get to the roots of what he described as a real crime syndicate, which has caused billions of euros in damage at the expense of Albanians.

And yet, in the face of shocking facts for 4 days in a row, the country's media remained silent!
Most investigative journalists, including those funded by embassies for projects and programs in support of transparency and the fight against corruption, remained silent, or acted as the moral judge of the whistleblower without investigating any accusations.
The only ones who did not remain silent, on the contrary, began to investigate and search were the opposition and the guardians of the public interest.

The investigative show PLUG, on Syri TV, in record time, analyzed one of Arben Ahmetaj's serious accusations.
According to the former Deputy Prime Minister, the ABS company of citizen Gerond Meçe is a 'prestanome' of Edi Rama's cronies, Armand Frangu, which has benefited from over 50 million euros in tenders from the ANA. And to justify the inflated prices of these corrupt tenders, another company called AIBS was opened.
The investigative show PLUG substantiated this accusation, proving with documents that citizen Gerond Meçe, once a business partner of Edi Rama's cronies, during the latter's time in power has benefited from a full 54 million euros in tenders. Part of the public money from these huge tenders, already fact-checked by PLUG, goes to the SIRMA company of Armand Frangu, the Prime Minister's cronies.

Another scandalous finding from the record-breaking research of the PLUG show was that Gerond Meçe's wife's sister, director of E-Gov systems at ANA, signed the tenders. And as if that weren't enough, in a scandalous act, she not only signed the tenders, but also supervised the implementation of the contract for her brother-in-law.
As for Gerond Meçe's other company, AIBS, in just 48 hours, the PLUG show found out that it was created specifically to inflate the expenses of the parent company ABS.
The facts speak for themselves: AIBS has circulated 9.5 million euros received from the ABS company and has come out with a profit of 8.5 million euros, in other words with a profit rate of over 80%, perhaps this is a unique case in the world for the profit rate of a company that has the same employees as the parent company.
Another media outlet, the boldnewes.al portal, conducted an investigation based on Arben Ahmetaj's accusations and managed to establish the connection between Armand Frangu, the Prime Minister's butler, and Gerond Meçe in the ANA tender procedures.
According to this investigation, ANA announced the terms of reference for the tender, while Armand Frangu and his company B360 appealed these terms to the Public Procurement Commission (KPP). This appeal was later accepted by the KPP, but surprisingly Armand Frangu did not enter the competition, but other companies such as FIRST, ABS, ITE, etc. entered.

For all these findings and others that are being collected by the Expert Group at the DP, a full criminal report will be filed with SPAK. Since this institution has been unable to find what courageous and professional journalists found in less than 72 hours for 5 years, let this report serve as a solidarity aid from the free media and the opposition for the 'heroes' of our children.

Honorable citizens,
As time is proving, SOROS' justice does not aim to fight organized crime, rampant corruption, the lack of medicine in oncology, or the theft of the bread of life for tens of thousands of pensioners who experience hell by not even being able to buy medicine, while Edi Rama laughs at them from Eden Park, his prime ministerial paradise, sipping 33,000 euros worth of wine.

But for the new justice system, as is being proven day by day, the goal is set from the very beginning: the fight against the opposition and keeping this criminal organization in power led by Edi Rama and his courtiers, Belinda Balluku, Erion Veliaj, Ogerta Manastirliu, and full of Rilindas, G99ça, or other Sorosists.

The Democratic Party of Albania has as its existential mission the battle to restore the missing justice, as retribution for the broken backs of Albanians, for the denigration and depopulation of our Albania.

The main promise of a battle that we will take to the end is that this criminal organization, which is formally called 'Rilindja', will be brought to justice and that every Albanian, young and old, will be able to live with dignity and honor in this blessed country.
For this sublime reason, we invite every free Albanian of this country, with any political conviction, to join the protest of the opposition and the Democratic Party, on February 8, at 5:00 PM, in front of the Prime Minister's Office, this building in which Edi Rama raises a toast with exponents of organized crime with Romanee Conti. An autocratic whim, which costs as much as 200 monthly pensions of the people whose labor this drug lord has stolen and whose dignity he has trampled.

To dear Albanians

"It's today or never," said Këlliçi. / CNA
