Another scandalous case comes to light about the incinerator affair, similar to that of the former socialist deputy, Alqi Blako, who is in the cell.

Arben Kaçorri, acting director of the Directorate of Monitoring and Supervision at AKUM, employed his son at the Tirana landfill, where an incinerator should be built, which in fact does not exist.

Arben Kaçorri

Kaçorri has been in this position since the time when AKUM (National Agency for Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure) was headed by Alqi Blako, who was then elected SP deputy in Tirana.

In addition to his position as director of AKUM, Arben Kaçorri also held the position of Chairman of the NJZP (Project Implementation Unit) for the construction of the Fier incinerator (which has not been completed and still requires 3 million euros), he was also a member of NJZP for the construction of the Tirana landfill and incinerator.

The case we are reporting today is similar to that of Alqi Bllakos, who hired the father for 10,000 euros per month, but according to this "email" provided by CNA, the official who should have been responsible for monitoring and supervision hired the son his. Maybe he needed the boy to monitor him from the inside?!

The "email" about the employment of Arben Kaçorri's son

Arben Kaçorri was the head of the Project Implementation Unit for the Fier incinerator. Investigated affair, but apparently many details have escaped or been avoided.

When Kaçorri had to lead the NJZP and monitor and supervise the works of the incinerator of Fier and Tirana as a member, in 2020, he employed his son Martin Kaçorri at the Tirana landfill with a salary of 50 thousand lek per month (this is a lot given as a suggestion).

Civil status of Arben Kaçorri

According to this "email" sent by one of the managers of the concession company, but which also informs Stela Gugallja, Klodian Zoton, Denisa Tollkucin, Alda Kodra, Elton Buallin, etc., it is written:

"Worker Information, May 2020."

The CV of Martin Kaçorri, who is the son of Arben Kaçorri, the man who should monitor and supervise the construction of the Fier and Tirana incinerator, is also placed in the "email".

The text reads:

"Hello,

Below is the name of a person for registration the next day, date 02.06.2020

Name: Martin Kaçori

Paternity: Arab

No. personal …………..

Address: Kombinat

No. Cell: …………

Note: This employee will be registered to work as a waste management operator at the Sharra Landfill. The employee will work in shifts determined by the operator's responsibility. The net salary will be 50,000 ALL (suggestion)"

Alqi Blako employed the father with a fat salary, Arben Kaçorri employs the son. In both cases, it is reported that the appointments were simply corrupt.

The case of Arben Kaçorri once again reopens the file of the Fier incinerator that has clearly not been investigated to the end, and moreover the connections with the landfill of Tirana and the criminal group of the incinerators are proven.

CNA will continue to bring more facts and irrefutable evidence about the incinerator affair and the involvement of senior officials.

The Fier incinerator was investigated by the prosecutor Dritan Prençi, who apparently did not see or evaluate many of the facts and evidence, avoiding many high officials from the investigation, without going further to the fact that the incinerators are an affair organized by the same people, who should be charged as a structured criminal group.

Everything so far has only been left to Lefter Koka and Alqi Blako, avoiding other high officials such as mayors or other ministers involved in this affair./ CNA
