Another scandal seems to have come to light with the abuses committed by the Municipality of Tirana.

Syri.tv has denounced the scandal where it shows how the companies "5D" and "Arb Trans", which are owned by the former head of the Administrative Unit Zall Herr, Arben Maloku and the head of IKMT, Mariglen Qatos, have benefited from 24 tenders worth 17 million dollars from the Tirana Waterworks.

According to this media, the tenders were awarded at the time when Qato and Maloku were directors in the municipality.

It is reported that the 5D company of Mariglen Qato's relatives and the ARB TRANS 2010 company of Arben Maloku's relatives have won the aforementioned tenders.

Based on the data of the Public Procurements, they mainly had as their object the intervention in the water supply and sewerage network in the capital, which is supposed to bring water 24 hours to the citizens of Tirana.
