Injury at Shkodra Polyclinic/ Security measures are set for the 3 people

The Shkodra Court has imposed the security measure "House Arrest" on the three people involved in the conflict that occurred a few days ago in the premises of the polyclinic in the "Vasil Shanto" neighborhood in Shkodra. This measure was given to 18-year-old AF, his 41-year-old father AM, as well as AK, the brother of the injured man.

During the hearing, father and son stated that the clash began in the heat of the moment after a brief argument and stressed that they did not intend to seriously harm 32-year-old VK.

The trial panel accepted the defense's request for a lighter security measure, reasoning that it has not currently been legally proven that the weapon used was a cold weapon, which leaves this accusation unsupported by evidence at this time.

The same measure of isolation inside the apartment was also imposed on citizen AK. The latter was handcuffed a few hours after the incident, after the police prevented an attempt to take revenge with a firearm against the suspected perpetrator. The prosecution stressed that investigations will continue to fully clarify the circumstances of this case. /CNA
